Below you will find an event list for the upcoming meet. Relays are not shown but there will be relays.
Please double check that your child(ren) are in the meet if they’re suppose to be, or let me know if I need to take them out of the meet. I have received several changes of rsvp in regards to attending this meet, so I apologize in advance if there are any mistakes

REMINDER:
Warm ups are at 9am
Meer starts at 10am

PARENTS: Please note that we as coaches take event requests into consideration when choosing events for you child(ren). However, we also look at other factors such as (but not limited to) if they’re close to an “A” cut, if they haven’t swam a particular event before, if it’s been awhile since they swam an event, and by observing them in practice. We encourage and promote that everyone should be able to swim all 4 strokes, not just their favorite. We also want everyone to succeed and have fun! Seeing a swimmer take what they’ve been working on in practice and applying it in a meet is amazing to see as a coach

Please let Coach Meg know ASAP if:

• Your child is NOT in the meet and should be
• Your child is in the meet but won't be able to make it
• Your child is not in the correct age group
• You know of any swimmers listed that are no longer swimming with us 

Important things for the meet

• Be on deck at 7:45 am ready to go
• Warmups start at 8:00am
• Meet Starts at 9:00am
• We should be finished by 11:30am
• Please pack healthy snacks and water/Gatorade for your child during the meet
• Please ask your swimmer(s) to stay on deck during the meet so we can locate them for their events (ie NO sitting in the stands with parents and NO playing in the locker rooms)
• Pack at least two towels, two goggles, and something warm if your child gets cold easily
• REMIND swimmers to HAVE FUN:)
