Dear GHSC,
In the immortal words of Forest Gump, "It happens." Well, it has happened to us. The pool is still under repair. The pool temp has dropped well out of healthy range. There are repairmen on their way, and if all goes well, we could be in the pool tomorrow, but for today the pool is closed so practice is cancelled.
This is an unfortunate start, but February is a long time from now and we will have plenty of time in the pool to finish our season. On behalf of the pool and facilities personnel, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

For those interested, a good dryland exercise program would be a good substitute
3x 15x Sit-ups or crunches
2x 30seconds Bicycle kicks - while lying on back, similar exercise to crunches
2x 10x Push ups
5-10 Pull ups if you have the ability
15-20 each leg Lunges
2x 10-15 Squats
3x 8-10 Prone shoulder butterflies - with or without weight... soup cans work great
3x 8-10 Tricep extensions - again, small soup cans work perfect
Enough of each to be sore and tired, but never hurting.
