Welcome to the Winter 2021/22 Swim Season,
We are looking forward to welcoming our past swimmers and meeting new swimmers.
GHSC is an age group competitive swim club competing in the West Michigan Swim League. We are a teaching team and want our swimmers to learn and enjoy the sport of swimming. This is not a USA Swim Team and it is not a swim lesson. Swimmers do need to know how to swim and have a knowledge of the competitive strokes.
8 & Under Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke.
10 & Over Swimmers must be able to swim 50 yards of freestyle and backstroke and must have been introduced to breaststroke and butterfly.

Updates - you will find current team information sent out throughout the season.
Registration/forms- questionaire, registration link, forms that will need to be printed off and returned to coach.
Swim suit/swimmer equipment- link to The Swim Outlet for ordering suits and equipment your swimmer will need for the season (there is not a link for specific equipment as this is a personal choice of color and style).
Equipment is required, team suit is not.
Standards & other info- needs to be updated.
Parents Meeting- Monday, November 8th at 6:30pm @ Grand Haven Aquatics Center. MASKS ARE REQUIRED PER
OTTAWA COUNTY HEALTH DEPT. (If we have anyone under the age of 6th grade in attendance, everyone is expected to wear a mask).
Practice begins- Monday, November 22- 8 and under swimmers and ALL NEW swimmers 6:00-6:45pm
6:30-7:45pm Dolpins
7:00-8:30pm Sharks
Swimmers registration deadline is Friday, Dec 1st. After Dec 1, if your swimmer has not registered they will not be allowed to swim unitl registration has been submitted. Swimmers that register on time (Dec 1 deadline) will recieve a team cap and shirt.
To register, there is a button under the questionaire "Link to Grand Haven Aquatics to make payment" please click to complete registration. Or you can also search regs.ghaps.org, click on aquatics, click clubs, then register for Club. There are 2 club registrations- AQU1006-01 All swimmers not on Lakeshore Middle School girls or boys swim team register with this code. The fee is $200.00 for the season. If your swimmer is on the Lakeshore Middle School girls or boys swim team please use code AQU1006-02 the fee for Middle School swimmers is $140.00. They will not be swimming with GHSC during the Middle School Team, although they can swim 2 meets during their middle school season. When registering you will have to complete the tee shirt size information as well, but remember, you will not recieve a tee shirt if you do not register by Dec. 1.
